Returns Policy

We want you to love your Violet Elizabeth purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

The essentials

Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Original packaging should be included where possible.

How to return

Get in touch at [email address] with your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll send you instructions on where to post your item. Please pop your returns note inside the parcel so we can match it to your order.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't be held responsible for parcels lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been checked, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. You'll receive an email confirmation when this is done. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

What we can't accept

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on earrings or other pierced jewellery. Sale items, personalised pieces, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll put it right.
